浆体膨胀充填材料膨胀性能研究

Experimental study on the expansion properties of slurry backfill material

摘要: 本文主要研究浆体膨胀充填材料的膨胀性能。通过分析浆体膨胀充填材料液相膨胀、固相膨胀的膨胀机理,并采用测量液相、固相膨胀率的方法,探索了浆体膨胀充填材料膨胀性能的影响因素,确定了浆体膨胀充填材料液相膨胀是由外加剂在强碱环境中产生微小气泡所引起,固相膨胀是由钙矾石生长所产生的。同时还对充填体结构进行了研究,确定了外加剂不影响浆体膨胀充填材料充填体微观形貌和生成物相,只是改变了充填体中孔结构的分布和充填体的强度。

Abstract: The factors affecting the expansion properties of slurry backfill material was investigated based on the analysis of the expansion mechanism of liquid and solid phase, and on the measuring of the expansion rate. It was proved that the liquid expansion is caused by admixtures and solid expansion is caused by the growth of ettringite. By testing the structure of the backfill body, it was found that the admixture does not affect the micro-structure and the phase of backfill body, it only makes the distribution of pore structure and the strength of the backfill body changed.
